The strict process controlling is conducted from incoming IQC → Process IPQC / IPQA → Finished inspection FQC → Outgoing OQC, established a strict quality inspection system according to the product quality requirements, strictly control and manage all aspects related to product quality, established a scientific, standardized testing procedure. The company builds a regular quality training systems for staff, training the new knowledge of quality management to build a quality consciousness and regulate their own behavior for every employee.
